Live on AIR...!!

Ladies and gentleman THE MUSICAL REVOLUTION is now officially live on internet radio, spinning hits of various local, untapped, hidden and upcoming talents from Malaysia live to you all over the world wide web. The official launch of this project will be on Monday 20th March 2006 at 6pm, i would deeply appreciate it if you all could be there.

Actually this project is just a small scale effort to get the music from Malaysia out into the eyes of the world, hopefully i will be able to achieve this great feat in time as it has been one of my long term plans to do so. My current production is equipped with a laptop with a cuple of microphones only for the time being, so until i am fully equipped with some high tech equipments and more corporate sponsors then maybe i will consider converting it into a full time studio project. For starters i'll be airing every day from 4pm to 8am (hopefully..). The songs aired will mostly consist of locally produced albums and some demo's too. In the meantime i'll mix in some international acts too to make it even first as i've not compiled enough materials for a full time radio department. Hopefully my feat this time is bold enough to be considered as the first step for more things to come.

To log on to musical revolution, visit http://www.peercast.org, download the 501KB file and install it into your system. Make sure you have winamp installed and you can thus search for MUSICAL REVOLUTION in the yellow pages section, click play and there you go, listening to the web's hottest music channel. Hehe..!! See you there on the launch, make sure you tune in as i have suprises coming up for you all rock lovers.

Smart fucker....

A first-grade teacher, Ms Neelam (Age 28) was having trouble with one of her students the teacher asked,”Boy. what is your problem?”
Boy. answered, “I’m too smart for the first-grade.My sister is in the third-grade and I’m smarter than she is! I think I should be in the third-grade too!”
Ms Neelam had enough. She took Boy. to the principal’s office.
While Boy. waited in the outer office, the teacher explained to the principal what the situation was. The principal told Ms Neelam he would give the boy a test and if he failed to answer any of his questions he was to go back to the first-grade and behave.She agreed.
Boy. was brought in and the conditions were explained to him and he agreed to take the test.
Principal: “What is 3 x 3?”
Boy.: “9″.
Principal: “What is 6 x 6?”
Boy.: “36″.
And so it went with every question the principal thought a third-grade should know. The principal looks at Ms Neelam and tells her, “I think Boy. can go to the third-grade.”
Ms Neelam says to the principal, “I have some of my own questions.
Can I ask him ?” The principal and Boy. both agree.
Ms Neelam asks, “What does a cow have four of that I have only two of?
Boy., after a moment “Legs.”
Ms Nee lam: “What is in your pants that you have but I do not have?”
Boy.: “Pockets.”
Ms Neelam: What starts with a C and ends with a T, is hairy, oval, delicious and contains thin whitish liquid?
Boy.: Coconut
Ms Neelam: What goes in hard and pink then comes out soft And sticky?
The principal’s eyes open really wide and before he could stop the answer, Boy. was taking charge.
Boy.: Bubblegum
Ms Neelam: What does a man do standing up, a woman does sitting down and a dog does on three leg s? The principal’s eyes open really wide and before he could stop the answer…
Boy.: Shake hands
Ms Neelam: Now I will ask some “Who am I” sort of questions, okay?
Boy.: Yep.
Ms Neelam: You stick your poles inside me. You tie me down to get me up.
I get wet before you do.
Boy.: Tent
Ms Neelam: A finger goes in me. You fiddle with me when you’re bored.
The best man always has me first.The Principal was looking restless, a bit tense and took one large Patiala Vodka peg.
Boy.: Wedding Ring
Ms Neelam: I come in many sizes. When I’m not well, I drip. When you blow me, you feel good.
Boy.: Nose
Ms Neelam: I have a stiff shaft. My tip penetrates. I come with a quiver.
Boy.: Arrow
Ms Neelam: What word star ts with a ‘F’ and ends in ‘K’ that means lot of heat and excitement?
Boy.: Firetruck
Ms Neelam: What word starts with a ‘F’ and ends in ‘K’ & if u dont get it u have to use ur hand.
Boy.: Fork
Ms Neelam: What is it that all men have one of it’s longer on some men than on others, the pope doesn’t use his and a man gives it to his wife after they’re married?
Boy.: SURNAME
Ms Neelam: What part of the man has no bone but has muscles, has lots of veins, like pumping, & is responsible for making love ?
Boy.: HEART.
The principal breathed a sigh of relief and said to the teacher, “Send this Boy. to College, I got the last ten questions wrong myself!”

Induction to DECKERnism...

Perhaps this is the most ackward situation of all, i've started another new band. Yes this time it's going to hardcore to the max and at the same time emotional too, so now without further ~a due~ let me introduce all the thankfull members that i have in my band.

drummer ---> "afham/roy/mat rimpit" introduced through a known aqquitance, 2nd
member confirmed to be in the band..
vocalist --> Karmrik Singh 3rd member confirmed, punjabi screamer..
vocalist --> Raymond final member confirmed, uganda singer..
bassist ---> Aravin/chi wha-wha 1st member confirmed, a close indian friend of mine..
guitarist -> Me... no need explenation i guess.. chinese not ah beng

Best part is that we all on the outside:
1) we look like nerds without any experience at all. Total freaks at studio jamming..
2) we are all of diff race. Refer to the article above..
3) we all havent decide on a band name yet. For now its "DECKER"
4) we all love to play/jam for the love of music.

more review about the band to come, but for now we definitely are going to trash all the studio in town, catch us every friday and saturday midnight either at mama jammers, ice studio or sparkle..

Looooooooong weekend

Had a few hiccups for my weekend this time, went for one gig and once concert. The project 8 cd launch/gig went well after all, among the bands who played:

- PG165 ------> ok ok only, hiccups all around
- saerze -----> hot chick in action, check out www.saerze.com
- milla-------> one wierd emo hardcore band, my taste definitely
- project 8---> EP launch...
- KRONG-------> Fucking tearing off the stage from the start, vocalist climb table..
- CFE---------> Wooo everyone's heart with zack kim double tapping style in mario song
- April-------> Melodical fussion, very experimental but sadly cut short due to time limit

For the HITZ.FM birthday bash at mahkota parade, i was there only from 7->9.30pm due to my band jamming that night at 11pm. And i arrive late too because i had to pay the guitar store a visit when my guitar string broke down on me during my previous visit to mama jammers. Pop Shuvit manage to earn my respect this time, they were totally awesome and good in what they do. The musical blend was superb, i had no objections when i see the moshing crowds moving their head to the beat of JUMP and JOURNEY. Frequency Canon on the other hand manage to pull off their song despite one of the guitarist were being setback due to a malfunction guitar amp, credits given though for their cover up skills and the vocalist showmanship on stage. Other than that, K-town clan as usual raps to other people's song and does it so well that people actually wanna buy their cd and support them in Malaysia. Kudo's to the Dragon Red vocalist also for making a special appearance with K-town clan on that day, his voice was superb as usual. And that leaves a small room for a singaporean loosersinger which i have nothing further to say about. If you did miss out this concert due to some unkown stupid reason,you better go bang your head on the wall and tell yourself how stupid you are in the mirror. Next update on my band coming up real soon....




p/s - serena-a,b,c was totally hot, i do mean it, till the extend of me dreaming about her wearing nothing but a brown hotpants and black spaghetti strap only, guess it's really time to grow out of this un-puberty shit... good night..!!
